GamCare, inwards collaboration with the Loretta Young Gamers and Gamblers Education Trust (YGam), is delivering the Danton True Young People’s Gambling Harm Prevention Programme and has been preparation Wolves Foundation staff o'er the last-place year.

The resolve of the preparation is to teach staff shipway of safeguarding the youth people they work with, and care for and supply them with the necessary tools and information they need inwards their fight back against gaming and gambling-related harm.

Head of Delivery at YGam, Sam Starsmore, said: “Working with the teams at Wolves has been fantastic. Raising awareness and delivering educational activity on the possible harms associated with play is something that Wolves hold been to the full supportive of.

"Our do work unitedly will keep so we can befittingly armour immature people with the knowledge for them to wee more informed choices.”

Lisa Carter, Head of Safeguarding at Wolves, explained: “YGam make delivered preparation to our faculty several times and the feedback is ever passing positive. It’s such an emotive depicted object but voice of quotidian living for many children, young people and adults.”

YGam also provides free awareness workshops for both parents and further carers on topics that include gaming and gambling. These workshops combined with the Parent HUB empower parents with the knowledge and savvy they want to best safeguard their children.
