Hard Rock International planning guitar-shaped Las Vegas hotel with Mirage purchase

Hard Rock International (HRI) has announced a deal to purchase the operation of The Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, from MGM Resorts International

Hard John Rock International (HRI) has proclaimed a trade to purchase the surgical process of The Mirage Hotel and Casino inward Las Vegas, from MGM Resorts International.

The acquisition is theme to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.

Through the purchase, Hard Rock intends to establish a guitar-shaped Hotel located on the Las Vegas Strip. HRI has agreed to pay off $1.075bn in hard cash for the operating assets of The Mirage. The hospitality and amusement make testament come in into a long-term take agreement with VICI Properties for the tangible estate holding of The Mirage.

Before 2020, HRI had no involvement with the Hard John Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas. HRI then acquired licensing and naming rights for Hard John Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas inward May 2020 and had promised to work the brandmark to the Strip when the right hand chance presented itself.

HRI is an operator with venues in 67 countries spanning 249 locations, including owned/licensed or managed hotels, casinos, careen shops, live carrying out venues and cafes.

In 2020, HRI launched a spliff adventure named Hard Rock Digital, an online sportsbook, retail sportsbook and online gaming weapons platform company.

Hard John Rock owns a worthful collection of unquestionable euphony memorabilia of more than 86,000 pieces, including an Eric Clapton guitar; pieces of the collecting are displayed at locations around the globe.
