Sands Cares Accelerator, a non-profit membership air division of Las Vegas Sands, has congratulated NV Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY) on comme il faut its second ‘graduate.’

The fast-track programme, which was designed to bread and butter fledging organisations on the ‘tipping point’ of positively impacting communities, offers extended funding, strategical guidance and expert advice over a three-year period.

Ron Reese, Sands SVP Global Comms and Corporate Affairs, commented: “NPHY's journey through and through the Sands Cares Accelerator is a unspoiled deterrent example of how we've evolved the computer programme over its legal brief five-year history, as we gained experience, best understood our members' needs and found young slipway to assist them succeed.

“During its membership, we added a to a greater extent structured attack for send off direction and goal-setting, which helped the organisation work through the mental process for developing a strategical plan. Since the programme’s inception inwards 2017, five organisations get benefitted from the livelihood on offer; a fundraising event, the Sands Cares Inspire Charity Concert, was held with all proceeds directed to the organisations themselves.

Marty Hennessy Inspiring Children Foundation, the programme’s first-class honours degree inductee, graduated inwards 2020.

Arash Ghafoori, CEO, NPHY, said: “The Sands Cares Accelerator helped us create place beyond our day-to-day services and programing to look at strategical opportunities, for how we tin establish lasting solutions to direct youthfulness homelessness in Southern Nevada.

“With the consulting support, steering and funding resources provided through the Sands Cares Accelerator, we were able to fill out our goal of developing a comprehensive and long-term strategical plan to chart our trend for the future. Our time inward the computer program provided an incredible development opportunity for NPHY.”
