Nevada Regulators Remind Casinos to Enforce Mask Mandate Ahead of New Year

Nevada casino regulators are responding to escalating young COVID-19 display case numbers past warning operators that they face penalties for not enforcing the statewide indoor human face mask mandate.

In a observation issued to licensees today, December 29, the Silver State Gaming Control Board (NGCB) said all gaming establishments must follow with Gov. Steve Sisolak’s (D) Emergency Directive 45, which requires face masks to live worn within public settings.

Las Vegas NYE Still On
