Ohio Supreme Court rejects vaccination incentive lottery lawsuit

The Ohio Supreme Court has rejected a challenge to the legality of a vaccination incentive lottery held in June of this year

The Ohio River Supreme Margaret Court has rejected a challenge to the legality of a vaccination motivator lottery held inward June of this year.

The lottery scheme, sponsored by Governor Mike DeWine, was labelled unconstitutional by a grouping of protestors led by attorney Robert Gargasz.
