Reid Airport Baggage Fee Dispute Leads Las Vegas Officer to Charge Traveler

A CA man was arrested late at Las Vegas’ Reid International Airport after allegedly resisting a police force officer. Last week’s incident began when the would-be passenger got into a contravention over fees charged by Spirit Airlines for two bags.

Olalekan Oguntiba of Vallejo, Calif. was ordered past airdrome stave and a Las Vegas Metro law ship's officer to layover yelling. Yelling is a infringement of airdrome rules, KLAS, a local TV station, explained.

Even though Oguntiba argued with faculty around the fees, he paid the requested money for the two bags.

Earlier Carry-On Fee Dispute

The incident began when Greco screamed at an employee of Frontier Airlines at the rider check-in desk after he was told a carry-on patch of luggage would cost $55, the Review-Journal said, based on a Metro police report. Greco so allegedly tossed a driver’s licence and credit entry card at Frontier employees.

Mass Shooting Threat

Later, from his room at the South Point Hotel, he allegedly called Frontier client religious service at least 11 times during a single night. He allegedly threatened to “kill people inward Las Vegas or bump upward an aircraft,” according to the law report.

Greco also allegedly told a customer divine service employee he had placed C4 pliant volatile on planes at the airport. Also, KLAS reported Greco threatened to charge a “mass shooting.” It was unclear what happened to the pillowcase inward court.
